E. Guigal Gigondas Fruitig Wit purchased a small vineyard inGigondas, well, we should say gigantic, because that's the impression of this red wine from E. Guigal. The family name is worth upholding, and to this day, the Guigal family still produces wine. This includes this fantastic Gigondas, made from vines that are no less than forty years old. The wine is blended from 70 percent Grenache, 20 percent Mourvdre, and 10 percent Syrah. Guigal's Gigondas is a perfect example of a great southern Rhne wine. 24
